The Apartments

The Apartments at Steve's Dream R.V. Park offer a furnished home-like atmosphere to fit your time frame and space requirements. There is central air conditioning throughout, except for the Studio apartment which has its own window unit air conditioner for your comfort.

The deck at the back of The Apartments overlooks the tranquil waters behind, perfect for boating, fishing, kayaking, or other water sports. Pictured left, fish caught right off of our deck. Below, a view of the water and kayakers from the deck.

While any bedroom can be modified to fit your sleeping arrangements (please call us ahead of time), the bedrooms are furnished as follows. All bedrooms have wall-to-wall carpeting unless indicated otherwise.

Bedroom closest to the deck has a bunk bed futon with a double bed at the bottom and a single bed at the top, with a chest of drawers.
Bedroom closest to the living room has a queen bed and a chest of drawers.
The Studio has a queen bed and a chest of drawers. Linoleum flooring. A separate entrance is provided for your privacy, as well as a full bath, walk-in closet, sink, cube refrigerator and Holiday four-burner stove/20" oven unit.
The Living Room has a loveseat, end table, chairs, and a pull-out sleeper sofa. Lighted ceiling fan.

The spacious kitchen has a table that seats six, a full-sized refrigerator freezer, pantry, double kitchen sink, microwave, ceiling fan, four-burner range/oven with hood, utility room (that holds the water heater), and a separate entrance/exit. Linoleum flooring throughout the kitchen for easy cleanup and heavy traffic.

The laundry room has a full-sized Frigidare washer and dryer and a walk-in closet. No need to head to the laundromat when you have these family-sized units at your disposal!
